As we are a self employed contractor you do not have to pay sick or holiday pay or offer a pension scheme. You also have flexibility in the amount of time that you use us, do you have a particularly busy period in each month/year? I have been working in administration, customer service and office management for 20 years and have built up a solid working knowledge in several different areas. I have most recently spent 6 years as an office manager in the motor trade but prior to this I have spent time as a property manager in a lettings agency, and have been responsible for portfolios of clients in both the mortgage industry and private health insurance brokers. In all of these roles I have developed a range of different skills that allow me to be your one stop administrator from book keeping to letter writing and website management and everything in between.
In addition I also offer property management services at a fraction of the price of letting agents.
